
The Academy is an invite-only spring developmental program designed for dedicated, motivated, and driven middle school athletes who are fully committed to reaching their highest baseball potential. Backed by data and Rapsodo software, The Academy is a one-of-a-kind program in the North Bay designed for middle school athletes craving a new baseball experience. Coach Conroy’s Experience
- Patrick Conroy, a former professional pitcher drafted by the Kansas City Royals in 2012, brings over 15 years of coaching experience at the varsity high school and collegiate levels. He has guided numerous student-athletes to college programs and professional opportunities while helping young players reach their full potential both on and off the field. Conroy’s coaching career includes roles at the College of Marin, Terra Linda High School, St. Vincent de Paul, and The Branson School. Schedule & Structure
- Length: March 7th – May 29, 2026
- Format: 20 practices and workouts led by Coach Conroy + an additional coach if over 8 kids
- Roster Cap: Maximum of 14 players for high coach-to-player ratio
- Pitchers: Routine defined with a custom throwing log provided
- Spring Break: No sessions for Spring Break (Apr 4–12) and Memorial Day (May 23-25)
- Practice Location: College of Marin & Central Marin Facilities
- Rapsodo Technology: To give advanced hitting and pitching metrics to better apply mechanical changes, just like the Pros and College Athletes
