Patrick Conroy brings a deep passion for baseball and a commitment to helping student-athletes reach their full potential. As a former professional baseball player and college recruiter, Coach Conroy has firsthand knowledge of the skills and dedication required to succeed at the highest levels of the game. His transition to coaching has been marked by over a decade of success at the high school and collegiate levels.

Patrick grew up in San Rafael and graduated from Archie Williams High School (formerly Sir Francis Drake High School) in 2010. He was awarded an athletic scholarship during his junior year to attend Santa Clara University and later transferred to the College of Marin, where he was drafted as a pitcher by the Kansas City Royals in 2012. Although a pitcher professionally, Coach Conroy was a two-time All-American as a first baseman, once in high school and once at College of Marin. Conroy finished his professional career with three Pitcher of the Year honors and three championships.

As a coach, Conroy has helped numerous student-athletes reach the collegiate level and beyond. As a manager, he prides himself on setting players up for success and building a winning environment. At 23 years old, Patrick was named the head varsity coach at Terra Linda High School (2016–2017), where he achieved success, beating every league opponent at least once. Numerous players went on to play in college, and one former player was drafted out of College of Marin in 2018, where Conroy was the pitching coach at the time. While coaching numerous teams, Patrick also hosted numerous camps, clinics for kids, and clinics for parents. Coach Conroy is proud to share that he has been offering private lessons for half of his life.

Coach Conroy recently married his wife, Michelle, in September or 2024. He previously worked as an Executive at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn, but after three years, he decided to refocus his career around baseball. After coaching for NorCal in the summer of 2024, Conroy realized his passion for being involved with baseball full-time and is excited to build a new community in Sonoma and Marin County.
